Returns & Claims

At Soopl you may always try the product for a period of seven days. If you’re still not happy with the product you can return it or replace it with a different product. To return a product please e-mail us at info@soopl.com or contact us through the contact page.

In addition, all Soopl products have a warranty period of six months. If you have any questions about this or feel like your Soopl products are not functioning properly, please contact us.

Lastly, if your Fashion Trolley needs repairing and has no warranty anymore we have the Soopl Repair Service. In most cases we are able to repair your existing Fashion Trolley. For more information, contact us.
