I would like to receive an order quickly, what should I do?

When you pay the order immediately (iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa) the order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. You would like to receive the order sooner? Please contact us, we will see what is possible.

Can I also collect my order somewhere?

Do you live in the vicinity of Haarlem and you do not want the order to be sent but collect it yourself? Of course, this is always possible. Suppose I order something that is not in stock (after all)?

The inventory is tracked via our shopping system as well as possible. But sometimes things can be sold before the system has been updated.. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the possibilities with you.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the delivery address. Sending one Fashion Trolley within the Netherlands costs €15,-.

Can I immediately use the Soopl Fashion Trolley when delivered?

Yes! The Fashion Trolley is immediately ready for use. We advise you to first read the manual before using the Fashion Trolley. Here you can also view the manual directly.

I would like my own logo on the Fashion Bags, is this possible?

We can print a logo on both the Fashion Bags and the Trolley. For this, a minimum purchase of 10 items is required. For more information about printing, please contact us.

Is there a warranty on the Fashion Trolley?

There is a warranty of 6 months on all Soopl products.

How can I exchange or return an item?

At Soopl you may always try the product for a period of seven days. If you’re still not happy with the product, please contact us.

My Fashion Trolley is broken, what now?

No problem. If you contact us via info@soopl.nl or (+31) 023 533 26 96, we can immediately discuss how we can help to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

My Fashion Trolley has no warranty any more, can it still be repaired?

This is possible in almost all cases. For this we have the Soopl Repair Service.
